LAWN MAINTENACE BIDS 2025

2025 season

The West Clinton Fire District is accepting bids for lawn maintenance for West Clinton Fire Station # 1 at 219 Hollow Road and West Clinton Fire Station # 2 at 6 Long Pond Road in the Town of Clinton. Sealed bids must be received by 7 PM on April 09, 2025, and will be opened at 7:30 p.m. at the regular meeting of the Board of Fire Commissioners on April 09, 2025 held at West Clinton Station # 1 located at 219 Hollow Road, Staatsburg, NY 12580.

Clean up, mowing, weed whacking, and upkeep are required. For information pertaining to lawn size and other details, contact. James Stutzman 845-206-3147. Sealed bids must be sent or delivered to West Clinton Fire District, Attn: Board of Fire Commissioners and marked sealed bid, 219 Hollow Road, Staatsburg, NY 12580 or emailed to WCFDmanager@gmail.com. Certificates of insurance for liability with the West Clinton Fire District named as additional insured, disability and workers compensation must be provided with the bid. The West Clinton Board of Fire Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
